It's never too young to start them on tea. My mom can't wait for their first tea party! (I just found out that you don't have to have actual tea at a tea party. I always made a pot and had my mom put it and milk and sugar in my Fisher Price tea set for me and my dolls. Then I assembled everyone's tea and drank it all. I thought that was what everyone did...)
